The Private Residences at Hotel Georgia

IBI Group acted as prime consultant for this 48-storey tower connected to the historic Hotel Georgia, creating an integrated urban, mixed-use property in downtown Vancouver. At 162 meters high, the tower is one of the tallest buildings in downtown Vancouver, with the architectural character taking visual cues from the surrounding urban context.

Particular attention was given to the material relationship between Hotel Georgia and the tower base. Floor plate sizes increase incrementally at the south quadrant from level three through to 38, then decrease again through to level 47. The angular termination of the corner facades above the upper-most penthouse level provide a distinctive skyline profile.

In its coveted location, the modern skyscraper caters to luxury living and is within walking distance to corporate head offices, providing the perfect residential space for those who like to work hard and play harder.
