Stephen Moore

Stephen Moore is an Associate-Manager, Post Construction Services Lead with IBI Group. He has over 13 years experience in the Land Development Industry. Stephen has extensive experience working with the various departments in the City of Edmonton and surrounding municipalities related to post construction management issues such as CCC, FAC, testing requirements, inspections, application co-ordination and tracking. Stephen works with field staff, client’s, contractors and Municipal inspectors to ensure that all CCC and FAC inspections, packages, applications and approvals are completed within an appropriate timeline in order to ensure that client’s letters of credit are reduced and released in a timely manner.
